Meeting local housing needs

Our development will deliver around 81 homes including much-needed affordable dwellings with associated infrastructure, parking, and gardens.

There is a significant unmet need for housing locally. In developing its new Local Plan, the Council has recognised there are few options in the village for people looking for their first home and for Pembury residents looking to establish families in the village, with very few houses being built in the village in recent decades. 

The housing will include energy efficiency measures, and to further reduce the scheme’s carbon footprint, we will also deliver high standards of sustainable construction.

The new homes will be set within an attractive streetscape, which will create a high-quality residential environment.

Our development will deliver a mixture of housing sizes in line with local and national policies. It will also help Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to meet its affordable housing targets.
