Thank you for visiting our project website regarding our vision to develop Land South of Hastings Road in Pembury, Kent.

Vistry Group is seeking to deliver sustainable new housing including much-needed affordable homes. Our proposals also include biodiversity improvements, public open space, electric vehicle charging points, and new cycle ways.

Before taking our plans to the next stage, the project team is keen to receive feedback from residents and other important local stakeholders.

As a result, we are holding this virtual consultation, with paper copies also being made available for those without internet access to ensure everyone can register their views.
